you cannot install owb 1.26 on icaros it is too old a build there have been changes by deadwoo owb 1.25 and 1.25-1 works fine

these libraries are compatible with icaros and the whole system if you review the archive

The required libraries can be found on 20220318-1 release. Possibly also this http://archives.aros-exec.org/share/utility/misc/icarosfix.lha archive contains them.

OWB 1.26 does not load on Icaros (AROS), it is asking for m.library version 1 which I cannot find.
