Very small update to hollywood.xml for Annotate.
Very large update to Hollywood.lang for GEdit.

Included are Hollywood syntax highlighting files for
Annotate and GEdit. They correspond with Hollywood
version 11.0.

Included all plugin commands with constants in this
syntax version.

To install in Annotate, copy Hollywood.xml to the
Annotate Syntax_Contribution folder.

Please see GEdit.readme for instructions on installing
the Hollywood syntax for GEdit. Also included is a
GEdit style file to color text as in Annotate/Windows
IDE. Do not install the style file if you'd rather
have highlighting that is similar to other GEdit
supported languages.

These files differentiate between:
 1. Quoted text
 2. Numbers
 3. Operators (math and logic)
 4. Hollywood commands
 5. Statements not included in commands export
 6. Constants (Hollywood & Plugins)
 7. Preprocessor commands
 8. Events
 9. Colors
10. Plugin commands
11. Comments
12. User functions

You can easily change color, bold, italic,
and case-sensitivity for any of these categories by
editing the style descriptions at the beginning of
the Hollywood.xml file. For example, if you use a
white screen you can change quoted text and numbers
from white to other colors.
