This version is the OpenGL port. I have also fixed the keyboard input and file
routines so they work on AROS.
To do: F11 does not enter full screen - need to investigate.
F11 fixed for full screen toggle
Directory reading fixed (original code assumed all file systems reported '.' and
'..' as first two entries.
