TestDMS - A portable utility for viewing and testing DMS archives

This software and this source code is in the Public Domain. You may do
with it exactly what you want. I wrote it to satisfy my own needs and
if other people can make use of it - fine.

Thanks to:
David Connors (dconnorsgucis.cit.gu.edu.au)
for providing a source with basic information on DMS archives.

Geoff C. Wing (gwingmullauna.cs.mu.oz.au)
for the little-endian compatibility functions.
